I have had the good fortune to experience great adventures in life. 

I have WORKED in for-profit businesses, non-profit agencies, elected office, higher education, and my own businesses (both successful and NOT). 

For more than half of my CAREER, I have helped leaders in healthcare to be more innovative and to be more effective leaders -- striving to improve how healthcare works worldwide.

In life, my wife Paula and I have TRAVELED to more than 90 countries and I have flown more than 7 million miles for both work and fun.

And yet, I still tell my 8 grandchildren that I have not figured out what I'll do when I grow up!
